COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC with Laura:
As a Lic. Ac. I offer acupuncture in combination with tuning forks, flower remedies, TCM nutrition, raindrop therapy with essential oils, B.A.T.,and herbs/supplements, depending on each individual's wants and needs. 
Acupuncture allows us one more opportunity to creatively, reconnect and remind the body, mind, spirit how to heal itself. Working with the basic "Qi" of life within the meridian structure it extends from our deepest inner self to the stars and the higher universes. It has helped ailments from anxiety, pms, stress, weight loss, addictions, oncoming colds and flu, to physical pain, constipation, chakra balancing and more.

Get your heart rate pumping! Burn it up with this innovative yoga and fitness class.  Lightly heated 75 minutes of yoga mixed with cardio to fun, upbeat music.  Your body will tone and slim with this blend of squats, plyometrics, downward dogs, and much more.  Have a yoga blast sweating and burning tons of calories.  Finish your workout and yoga all by 8:15 am!

HOT FLOW YOGA with KELI:
A heated 75 minute practice combining postures, breath and vinyasa. With attention to breath, body awareness and proper alignment, this class is for all levels whether you are coming in for a dose of inner peace, a great workout, or more overall comfort in your body. The addition of heat helps to cleanse and purify the body from the inside out. Please come on an empty stomach and well hydrated. Bring a mat, towel & water (Mat and towel are available for rent)

YIN YOGA with ANYA: 
Yoga in the Yin (or quiet) style particularly addresses the health and suppleness of our joints, fascia, ligaments, and bones.Restorative Yin yoga promotes whole-health and well-being and is a vital counterpart to our stressful, time-pressured everyday habits of body and mind.By holding the gentle, deep stretching postures for extended periods of time, chronic tightness is relieved while the mind finds a calmness that remains long after the practice.

SLOW FLOW VINYASA with JOELLA:
Vinyasa yoga, which is part of the Ha (sun) tha (moon) tradition, encourages a balanced practice of challenging poses (sun) along with relaxing (moon), and integrated poses. Ultimately, classes with JoElla encourage a grounded but radiant approach to breath, Being and cultivating one's own sense of presence. JoElla draws on a variety of disciplines in her Vinyasa classes and encourages individuals to practice at their own level. Modifications and variations are encouraged and, because the emphasis is on the breath, expect long holds and slow flow to develop your own sense of inner space, strength, balance, and vibrancy.
All levels welcome.
